Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso Dop Friuli Colli Orientali - Cucovaz
Colour: Intense purplish red wine.
Aromas: Winey and fruity aromas, with clear hints of rasberry and blackberry, slightly herbaceous.
Taste:; Tannins are strong and maybe a little too aggressive immediately after bottling. Velvetly and slightly bitter, with a complex bouquet after spending the right amount of time in the bottle.
Merlot Dop Friuli Colli Orientali - Cucovaz
Colour: Ruby red wine.
Aromas: After bottling the wine reveals aromas marked by hints of wild berries.
Taste: This is definitely a great, full-bodied, dry wine, characterised by a bright colour and a medium dcidity supporting tha aging pocess. After spending the right amount of time in the bottle, it develops a pleasant black cherry bouquet.
Cabernet Franc Dop Friuli Colli Orientali - Cucovaz
Colour: Medium intense ruby red wine.
Aromas: Characterised by herbaceous aromas of dry hay immediately after bottling. After aging, it becomes more elegant, losing, even though not entirely, its herbaceous aroma.
Taste: Delicately fruity, wild, marked by vegetal and herbaceous notes, soft.
